In this course, you will learn the foundational principles of nutrition, including different methods of calorie counting, planning macronutrients intake, dietary guidelines, and the role of nutrition in overall health and wellness. Additionally, you will be introduced to various diet types and learn how to design your own personalized diet plan.

The course is self-paced and consists of pre-recorded video lessons presented in Persian. You will have permanent access to these videos through your account on our website, allowing you to learn at your own convenience.

While this course consists of pre-recorded offline content, we understand that you may have questions or require further clarification as you progress through the material. To provide additional support, we offer the option to book an online 1-on-1 consultation session with Sama, where you can ask any questions and receive personalized guidance tailored to your specific needs.

This course does not include live classes or fitness instruction. However, we encourage you to sign up for one of our workout plans, which will grant you access to the nutrifitopia app. Through the app, you can track your macros and calories, access weekly workout plans, videos, yoga sessions, healthy recipes, and participate in weekly FAQ live sessions with Sama.

While there are some overlaps between the content of the two courses, the Nutrition Coaching Academy is a comprehensive live small group coaching course, typically conducted once every season with weekly online classes. The Nutrition Course, on the other hand, consists of pre-recorded video lessons that you can access at your own pace. Taking the Nutrition Course can serve as a valuable prerequisite if you plan to sign up for the Nutrition Coaching Academy in the future, as it provides foundational knowledge that will enhance your understanding and readiness for the coaching program.

Upon signing up for one of our workout plans, you will receive instructions on how to download and access the nutrifitopia app. You can then create an account and start utilizing its features to complement your nutrition education from the course.

Currently, this course is offered exclusively in Farsi (Persian). However, for English speakers seeking personalized nutrition guidance, we highly recommend signing up for Personal Nutrition Coaching with Sama. In these sessions, conducted online, Sama will personally guide you through all the course content in English, providing 1-on-1 support tailored to your individual needs. Additionally, you'll receive a workout plan along with ongoing coaching support to help you achieve your nutrition and fitness goals effectively.

At the moment, we do not issue certificates for completing the course. However, the knowledge and skills you gain from the course will equip you with valuable tools for making informed decisions about your nutrition and health.
